Harmony Modern Homes is a residential development and general contracting company based in the Rogue Valley, Oregon. We specialize in ground-up construction of single-family homes, duplexes, and small subdivisions, with a focus on the affordable and entry-level market.
With 30+ homes built and multiple subdivision projects completed, we bring proven experience to every project. Our principal has deep roots in Southern Oregon's building community and a track record of delivering quality homes on budget and on schedule.

We serve as general contractor on every home we build, overseeing all trades from foundation to final walkthrough.Land Acquisition & Development

ABOUT THE OWNER

Jason Rossetto is a licensed General Contractor and the founder of Harmony Modern Homes. He has built over 30 homes across the Rogue Valley — from individual spec homes to multi-lot subdivisions — managing every phase of development from land acquisition and entitlement through construction and sale.Jason grew up in the Rogue Valley, where his father and grandfather were both homebuilders. He earned a BA in Economics from the University of Chicago and an MBA from Rice University. Before returning to Southern Oregon, he worked as an Acquisition Manager at a real estate private equity firm in Houston, Texas, underwriting and acquiring multifamily assets. Before that, he worked in Financial Planning and M&A at a Fortune 100 company.That combination of institutional investment experience and a lifetime in residential construction informs how he operates — disciplined underwriting, full budget transparency, and hands-on project execution from dirt to doorknob.
